After being reunited with their lost friends and meeting new ones from planet Paxlene in “When Evil Calls,” new challenges await the characters as they attempt to return to uninhabitable Earth with new dilemmas. This new round of exciting adventure will be unveiled in C E Marshall’s “Wormhole” (published by Xlibris UK).

In the preceding book, the main characters faced a turmoil that prevented them from coming back to Earth. Now, after overcoming the problem, they are confronted with a destroyed and dystopic Earth as it was hit by giant asteroids. Witnessing this, they turn their vessel back to Paxlene but lose their controls, sending them toward — what they believed to be — a black hole in space.

Another vessel from another planet intercepted them, prompting their entry to — what they know now as — the wormhole. Where would this gate lead them? How would their courses change as they encounter the Dragonia who are beings that can change their forms from humans to dragons?

The second book in Marshall’s science fiction trilogy continues the gripping tale with new predicaments, setting and characters. He also continues to play with his reader’s imaginations through magic and other fantastical elements – all while relaying the message that evil cannot survive when faced with courage and light.

“The story shows what can be achieved with cooperation and understanding; the needs for trust and suspension of prejudices,” Marshall says. He invites the readers of the first book to continue the exciting voyage and welcomes new readers to take on the journey through an imagined universe.
