In Los Angeles, Rabbi Diane Rose and her Cool Shul is hosting its 4th Holy Days in Woodland/Cheadle Hall in Temescal Canyon. We have Erev Rosh Hashanah, Rosh Hashanah morning and tashlich, Kol Nidre, and Yom Kippur morning services as well as Yizkor and Neilah Yom Kippur afternoon followed by a Break Fast catered by a Syrian Refugee family through the organization Miry's List.
Rabbi Karen Becker-Marcelo is on the board of Tree if Life Chaverim in Lake Worth Florida, a traditional egalitarian Conservative synagogue. This year Rabbi Karen will lead the second day Shacharit service with the Cantor. This will be the first time a woman will lead services at TOL.
Rabbi Karen is also the rabbi at The Atrium Senior Community in Boca Raton Florida. She will be conducting HHD services for her congregants there, including a Yizkor service.
