LIBERTY, Miss. (PRWEB) November 01, 2018
Family-owned and operated paint and design services company, Unique Painting KC, is absolutely thrilled to earn its spot on the “2018 Best of Northland-Kansas City” winners list.” In the competitive Painting Services category, the company makes its inaugural debut on the prestigious list at #2. Services provided by Unique Painting KC include Paint: Residential, Exterior, Interior and Cabinet Refinishing, as well as Design: Color Trends, Color Consultation and Exterior Paint Combinations.
“We are so thrilled that the hard work of all our employees has been recognized by the community in which we live and serve,” said WEK. “It just makes us so proud that the principles on which we were founded – dedication to customer service, commitment to delivering quality work and being an active participant in our community – are all part of deciding who earns a spot on this list.”
Unique Painting Philosophy
The company prides itself on these principles and believes strongly that every project must have the exact same goal: do it right, and within budget, the first time. The company also believes it is crucial for it to be good at everything: listening, being transparent, showing up, doing great work, staying on budget.
Unique Painting KC encourages potential customers to do their due diligence in finding the best paint contractor and urges them to seek references and do their homework: interview contractors and see how well they communicate from the beginning; ask them as many questions as possible about proper licenses, insurance, subcontractors, quality of products and more.
Unique Painting in the Community
When the owners and employees talk about providing the highest level of service possible, they are not just talking about the projects for which they are hired. They are talking about participating in the community and being a great neighbor in Kansas City – being of service and giving back as a way to show their gratitude for all that the community offers.
“We not only pride ourselves on bringing joy to customers by beautifying their homes, we feel that it’s their responsibility to help the community in which our customers live,” added WEK. “We believe in the importance of community and the enhancement and betterment of it in any way we can, because we are so proud to call the Northland our home.”
Literacy for All! The organization’s mission is to advance literacy within the Kansas City metropolitan area through direct services, advocacy, and collaboration. We at Unique Painting have supported the organization for years and appreciate the work they do that truly makes a difference in the lives of the people they serve.
Ladies Inspiring Ladies
Unique Painting KC values working to support domestic violence victims and survivors through our efforts with Ladies Inspiring Ladies and Newhouse Shelter. Ladies Inspiring Ladies knows that domestic violence is a horrible thing to have to live through. They do whatever they can to help make life better for these women and their children. Unique Painting KC has donated book bags and school supplies, employees have cooked meals for families, done hair and nails, and provided massage chairs. We look forward to a continued partnership with this amazing community initiative.
In 1971, an ecumenical community service located in the Northeast area of Kansas City, MO, recognized that women experiencing domestic violence needed support. In response, they formed NEWS (Neighborhood Ecumenical Witness and Service) and began working together to respond. Initially, NEWS provided neighborhood programs including substance abuse education as well as food and clothing assistance. The need for shelter became evident as abused women repeatedly requested a place to escape from the domestic violence in their homes. Unique Painting KC works closely with Newhouse to make sure they have the supplies they need to properly support the women who come through their doors.
In addition to the above organizations, Unique Painting KC’s employees and the company also have supported other organizations and initiatives, including Sisters in Christ and Youth Mentoring programs.
“At the end of the day, we understand we have a role and responsibility to fulfill as part of the Kansas City community, which has the biggest heart of any town around,” said WEK. “That’s why this honor is so meaningful to us; it lets us know that we’re doing our part to be a dependable service provider, corporate citizen, and good neighbor.”
