Cincinnati, OH (PRWEB) June 16, 2015 -- Consumers do not tend to trust advertising as much as they trust each other, and this makes referrals a very powerful customer engagement tool. The advent of digital connectivity and the rise of social media mean that the reach of customer referrals also extends nearly without end. Referrals that were once confined to the small circles of friends, family, and neighbors now literally circumnavigate the globe.
