U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. and Target celebrate 25 Black-owned businesses at the inaugural USBC 360° Founder Showcase & Pitch Competition on October 29th at the USBC Innovation Campus, featuring live pitches and $100,000 in Entrepreneur Awards.
WASHINGTON, Oct. 26, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC), in partnership with Target, will celebrate the culmination of its inaugural USBC 360° cohort on October 29, 2026, at the USBC Innovation Campus in Washington, D.C. The USBC 360° Founder Showcase & Pitch Competition will bring together 25 Black-owned consumer packaged goods (CPG) businesses for an evening highlighting entrepreneurship, business development and opportunities for continued growth.
Launched in August 2026, USBC 360° is a 12-week business accelerator providing 25 emerging founders with mentorship, retail expertise and resources to help scale sustainably. Throughout the program, founders received strategic training and operational support focused on financial readiness, brand and market performance, channel strategy and sales execution.
The October 29th event will mark the culmination of the inaugural cohort, providing an opportunity to recognize participating founders, showcase their businesses and highlight the knowledge and resources provided throughout the accelerator.
As part of the culmination, select participants will be eligible for Entrepreneur Awards of up to $50,000 to support implementation of their business growth roadmaps. The awards are intended to provide resources that help founders apply strategies developed during the program as they work to strengthen their operations and pursue sustainable growth.

The USBC 360° Founder Showcase & Pitch Competition will feature a networking reception, founder showcase and live pitch competition. Five businesses selected from the inaugural cohort will pitch before a panel of special guest judges, accomplished CPG founders and industry experts.
Attendees will also have an opportunity to discover participating brands and shop their products online. The evening will conclude with pitch competition winner announcements, special recognition and an awards presentation.
Through USBC 360°, USBC and Target are working together to provide emerging founders with access to mentorship, retail expertise and resources that support business development and sustainable growth.
