Irvine, CA (PRWEB) June 18, 2015 -- US Storage Centers announced today that it has acquired the self storage facility located at 6707 Narcoossee Road in Orlando, Florida. The acquisition marks the company’s ninth addition to a rapidly growing portfolio of properties in the Sunshine State.
“We’re excited to expand our presence in Florida, especially in Orlando,” said VP of Acquisitions Drew Hoeven. “This facility is a well stabilized Class A asset, and it’s located in a high growth area near Lake Nona.”
The five building facility, situated on 4.8 acres of land, boasts 696 storage units and 97,300 rentable square feet of space. All of the storage units are located on the ground level. Climate control units, RV parking, and boat storage are all featured at this location.
“We continue to see overall population growth in Orlando which has correlated with an increase in demand for self storage,” said Marketing VP Jason Lopez. “This is an exciting market and we expect to see an increase in revenue and growth with the implementation of our advanced marketing and operations platforms.”
