With a fully integrated Card Sorting, Tree Testing and User Testing Platform as well as a global Participant Panel, Userlytics continues building a “One Stop Shop” for user and customer experience research & optimization.

Userlytics Corporation has announced the launch of a fully integrated card sorting & tree testing capability within its existing user testing platform, allowing for quantitative and qualitative information architecture “mental map modeling” in the context of user experience testing.

The new card sorting and tree testing capability allows customers to easily and quickly analyze the mental models their users and customers use when searching for products and services, and thus easily test and discard information architecture assumptions prior to committing to an expensive prototyping and development process.

According to Alejandro Rivas-Micoud, CEO of Userlytics, “User Experience Researchers have always faced the challenge of needing multiple tools to obtain actionable insights. With a fully integrated Card Sorting, Tree Testing and User Testing Platform as well as a global Participant Panel, Userlytics continues building a “One Stop Shop” for user and customer experience optimization.”

Because the new capabilities are fully integrated within the existing “Picture-in-Picture” user testing recording system of Userlytics, clients can leverage both quantitative data (e.g.: 1st click, AI recommendations), as well as qualitative (observing and listening to participants from the Userlytics global panel as they make their choices).

User experience researchers, product managers, designers, and marketers need an easy way to test their information architecture assumptions before they build new prototypes and commit to coding. An Information Architecture modeling capability that is fully integrated within a state of the art usability testing platform and global participant panel is a critical component for their design optimization and user research.
