DigitalChalk demonstrated a consistently strong performance across many capabilities, and came up number one in content creation and assessments and quizzes, each with a score of 81%. Docebo LMS satisfied users and ranked high across several categories, the highest of which was for its gradebook, where it took the number-one spot with a score of 82%. SAP Litmos scored highest in providing excellent performance in content management, at 82%.
Software users said that in their experience, Adobe Captivate Prime was number two in student collaboration and quality of features. D2L Brightspace did very well in providing users satisfaction with ease of IT administration, earning the number-two spot. Cornerstone Learning Suite did consistently well with users, and earned third place in several areas: vendor support, availability and quality of training and international support.
