Data Integration & iPaaS Data Quadrant

Proper use of a data integration and iPaaS solution involves facilitation of a seamless exchange of data. An organization must spend less time untangling spaghetti integration and start adopting a comprehensive data integration & iPaaS platform

SoftwareReviews, a division of world-class IT research and consulting firm Info-Tech Research Group, has published its 2019 Data Integration and iPaaS Data Quadrant Awards, naming two gold medalists based on excellent user reviews. The following vendors are leaders according to software users’ answers to some very interesting questions focused on user satisfaction, which have been crafted by seasoned IT industry analysts and backed by 22 years of IT research:

  • Skyvia Data Integration
  • AWS Lambda

What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different is the inclusion of aggregated emotional response ratings in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation. These ratings create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product from the software users’ point of view. SoftwareReviews calls this insight the Net Emotional Footprint.

With a Net Emotional Footprint score of +97%, Skyvia Data Integration ranked highest among software users, earning the number-one spot in 17 out of 23 areas. The vendor’s highest scores were 96% in multi-channel support and 95% in both ease of data integration and ease of IT administration. AWS Lambda users gave it a Net Emotional Footprint score of +78%. They were exceedingly satisfied, giving the vendor top scores in data virtualization, exception handling and notifications, and data quality profiling and cleaning.

“Most organizations handle data like single-use plastic. The organization may manage to get the job done quickly but in the long term will encounter many data-related issues. Point-to-point integration is an evil that builds up over time due to ongoing business changes and a lack of integration strategy,” said Rajesh Parab, research director at Info-Tech Research Group. “Proper use of a data integration and iPaaS solution involves facilitation of a seamless exchange of data. An organization must spend less time untangling spaghetti integration and start adopting a comprehensive data integration & iPaaS platform,” he added.

About SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant Awards and Software Reports

SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant Awards recognize outstanding vendors in the technology marketplace as evaluated by their users annually.
