USPAACC Western Region Presents Top 5 Asian American Business Awards
Santa Clara, California (PRWEB) November 11, 2014 -- The US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC) Western Region Chapter has announced the winners of the Top 5 Asian American Businesses Awards.
With overall revenue of over $100 million, the Top 5 are among the Western region’s fastest-growing enterprises owned by Asian Americans, with companies reaching an average growth rate of up to 49% in the last 3 years.
The 2014 winners of the Top 5 Asian American Businesses Awards are:
Zero Waste Solutions, Inc. – a waste management and recycling company based in Concord, California; Shavila Singh is the President.
Triune Informatics, Inc. – an information technology consulting & staffing company based in Fremont, California; Rahul Kuruvilla is the President.
Nth Connect Telecom, Inc. – a telecommunications company based in San Jose, California; Steven Chen is the CEO.
InfoStretch Corporation – an information technology company based in Santa Clara, California; Rutesh Shah is the CEO & Co-Founder.
Uesugi & Associates – an architectural firm based in San Francisco, California; Erin Uesugi is the Principal.
The revenues and growth rates were verified and ranked by the accounting firm WuHoover & Associates.

The winners will be honored at the Procurement Connections & Awards Reception on October 16 at the Wells Fargo Penthouse, 420 Montgomery Street in San Francisco.
To qualify, companies must be owned (at least 51%) and managed by one or more Asian Americans (U.S. citizens or permanent residents) and with at least $500,000 in annual revenue in the immediate past 3 fiscal years of operation. Through direct applications/nominations, selection was determined by percentage revenue growth over the past three years.
