Utah Jazz Introduce Exclusive Refillable Stanley Gameday Quencher Available During 2024-25 NBA Season

In a first-of-its-kind partnership, Jazz invite fans to bring distinct Mountain Purple Jazz X Stanley Quencher in and out of Delta Center during all Utah Jazz home games.

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 24, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today, the Utah Jazz announced plans to launch a first-of-its-kind program that allows fans to bring a designated Mountain Purple Jazz co-branded 40 oz Stanley(R) Quencher(R) H2.0 FlowState™ Tumbler in and out of Delta Center – and enjoy $3 non-alcoholic beverage refills – setting a new sustainability benchmark for the fan experience in professional sports. Each refillable Stanley Gameday Quencher is marked with a Coca-Cola logo, distinguishing it as part of the refillable program and making it easily identifiable for fans and arena staff. This offering is a part of the team's multi-year partnership with Stanley 1913, the innovative food and drinkware brand.

"Jazz fans' immediate response to our partnership with Stanley 1913 last season made it clear they wanted even more access to exclusive co-branded products, which is why we're excited to take our collaboration even further with this new program," said Chris Barney, president of revenue and commercial strategy for Smith Entertainment Group. "By introducing the Stanley Gameday Quencher refillable option, we're not only setting a new best practice in sustainability for arenas nationwide, but also showcasing our commitment to utilize fan feedback to ensure every Jazz game-night experience at Delta Center is one of the best in professional sports."

The refillable Stanley Gameday Quencher will be available for purchase ($60) at the Utah Jazz Team Store, a new Quencher Refill Station, and at select concession stands inside Delta Center starting Friday, Oct. 25, when the Jazz host the Golden State Warriors. Fans who purchase the new refillable Stanley Gameday Quencher will have the exclusive opportunity to enjoy the convenience of using them for $3 discounted refills at all Jazz home games throughout the entirety of the 2024-25 NBA season.

To celebrate the program's debut on Oct. 25, a Stanley 1913 Game Day Lounge will be set up outside Delta Center starting at 5:30 P.M. MT. That evening only, fans, including those who may not have a ticket to the game, can purchase the refillable Quencher on the main plaza and enjoy the exclusive option to personalize their Quencher with complimentary engraving.

Additionally, as part of their ongoing commitment to the community, Stanley 1913 will reactivate their 'Stanley Stainless 'Steals'' initiative this season. For every steal a Utah Jazz player achieves during the 2024-25 season, Stanley will donate $19.13 – an amount chosen to honor their founding year – to Tree Utah, a local organization that works with students, businesses, and community groups to plant trees in public spaces throughout the state, making Utah a greener place to live, work, and play. Through this initiative, the Utah Jazz and Stanley 1913 collectively raised $10,000 last season.

While the Utah Jazz Team Store will continue to carry other Jazz co-branded Stanley 1913 products, the distinctive Mountain Purple Jazz co-branded 40 oz Stanley Gameday Quencher, signified by the Coca-Cola logo, is the only product offered that qualifies for the refillable program.

This announcement follows the Utah Jazz's recent introduction of the Mountain Menu, featuring $2 and $3 food and beverage offerings for all home games. The $3 Stanley Gameday Quencher refills add another layer to this program, providing fans with affordable options, and reflecting Smith Entertainment Group's (SEG) commitment to enhancing the fan experience.
