Embracing the O-TTPS Standard as part of our quality management system strengthens our processes and provides our government customers the confidence they need in their buying decisions.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (PRWEB) July 19, 2018
V3Gate, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and leading provider of IT solutions for the US Federal Government, is now among a select group of businesses with both the ISO 9001:2015 and the Open Trusted Technology Provider Standard (O-TTPS) – ISO/IEC 20243:2015 certifications. This comes as V3Gate expands its product offerings and increases its services capabilities to better serve the company’s ever-growing government client base.
ISO 9001:2015 is an International Quality Management System Standard that governs the manner in which an organization delivers products and services that consistently meet customer requirements and enhance customer satisfaction. As part of the certification process, V3Gate has established new processes and controls and set up a system for continuous improvement.
V3Gate also became only the second SDVOSB to earn the O-TTPS − ISO/IEC 20243:2015 certification from The Open Group. This standard is designed to mitigate the risk of maliciously tainted and counterfeit products entering the supply chain, lending clients the confidence they deserve when sourcing products.
On completion of the certification process, CEO Oscar Valdez commented, “Our government clients are demanding more robust processes from their corporate partners to ensure quality of the products and services they are sourcing. Besides adding another degree of rigor to our systems, achieving these certifications backs up our promise to provide the highest quality and unparalleled customer service.”
