AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 19, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- VA Claims Insider (VACI) named William "Billy" Devoney as Chief Operating Officer on Monday, November 16th, 2020.
Billy is a disabled Air Force veteran who led a very successful career at USAA where he served in many different capacities, most recently leading critical elements of Bank Operations / Customer Experience.
"Billy's a strategic thinker who can act both operationally and tactically to help VA Claims Insider become more efficient and effective as we create the future. Billy served almost 7 years on active duty and has been serving almost another 7 in the Air Force Reserve (where he is still serving), all as an intelligence officer. Prior to VACI, Billy worked at USAA for 7 years in the marketing organization and bank operations.
