Valerie Dangler brings more than 20 years of experience in the dental industry to the new position of Director of Client Success & Strategic Growth at Patient Prism.

Dental industry veteran Valerie Dangler joins Patient Prism in the new role of Director of Client Success & Strategic Growth. She brings more than 20 years of experience in dental operations, consulting, and sales to help Patient Prism’s clients increase new patients and deliver excellent customer service starting with the very first phone call.

Valerie Dangler will leverage her experience as a dental practice manager, registered dental hygienist, regional manager, dental practice consultant, and director of hygiene to help front desk teams and call center agents address callers’ concerns about insurance, price, scheduling, and other obstacles. Patient Prism analyzes every new patient phone call, identifies callers who don’t schedule, and sends effective coaching tips back to the practice within one hour so they can win back those potential patients.

Dangler brings a deep understanding of both dental operations and patient behavior. She has worked with private practices and large Dental Support Organizations including Pacific Dental Services and Coast Dental. Last year, Valerie served as the President of the Georgia Dental Hygienist Association and consulted with private and emerging group practices across the country. She is a faculty member of Align Technology, providing education and training for dental teams on the benefits of Invisalign and utilization of Align’s technology.
