MERIDIAN, Idaho, March 4, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Today, Mayor Simison and Boise Valley Economic Partnership announced that Valor Global has acquired ProService Boise to grow its technical, operations and customer experience center in Boise, Idaho. The Arizona-headquartered company, which provides outsourced customer care services and solutions to some of the world's leading brands, will create 1,000 new jobs and invest over $5M over the next five years in Boise, Idaho.
Clark Krause, Boise Valley Economic Partnership said, "Valor Global is an important addition to our growing technology and customer care sector, creating an estimated economic impact of more than $10 million in the first year alone. The company will generate more than $50 million in new payroll over the next five years, giving an important boost to small businesses, restaurants, housing and other amenities in downtown and beyond."
At their Meridian location, Valor will launch its community initiatives with local charities including volunteer programs, monetary and in-kind donations, mentorship, Dream Manager Program as well as provide other great benefits for their employees.
