Voting was held via the newspaper’s website Jacksonville.com in July and August, with results being announced at the end of September. The reader poll sought to discover the best places in Jacksonville to work, eat, shop and visit, as well as the best service providers, celebrities, events and more. 2015 was the inaugural year of this contest, which culminated with a celebratory party at Everbank Field on October 1st.
