Veeder-Root Announces Solutions to Support DEF Dispensing and Storage
SIMSBURY, Conn. (PRWEB) October 18, 2017 -- Veeder-Root, a leading provider of fueling equipment and services, announced the launch of new products to support the storage and dispensing of Diesel Exhaust Fluid or DEF. With the new Red Jacket CoreDEF Series Submersible Turbine Pump and the DEF recirculation software feature for the TLS-450PLUS Automatic Tank Gauge, Veeder-Root is expanding its offerings for peripheral fueling products. These products are a part of a group of new products that the company is introducing at NACS 2017 that help customers better meet challenges that impact their operations.
The Red Jacket CoreDEF Series STP joins a line of high-performing submersible turbine pumps from Red Jacket. The CoreDEF pump is designed for lighter to medium duty applications for DEF dispensing, and enables user adjustability in both length of column piping and nozzle flow. The new DEF pump also works with the TLS-450PLUS recirculation feature to provide a complete solution for DEF dispensing at a retail or commercial site.
During the colder winter months, risk of DEF freezing is a real concern. With the new recirculation feature of the TLS-450PLUS in conjunction with a temperature sensor, freezing of DEF can be avoided with recirculation of the fluid and the use of heat-tape. With this solution, retailers and commercial operators won’t need to worry about their DEF when the temperature drops.
Veeder-Root will have CoreDEF Series STP and the DEF Recirculation feature on display at the PEI NACS Show in booth #4137.
