Hon and Jensen both bring decades of healthcare industry and technology experience to VeloSource, which recently expanded to become a full service workforce solutions provider
ST. LOUIS, Oct. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- VeloSource LLC ("VeloSource"), a premier St. Louis-based healthcare staffing provider and portfolio company of Interlock Equity ("Interlock"), today announced two important additions to its executive team: Christian Hon, Chief Revenue Officer, and Matt Jensen, President of Syncx, owned by VeloSource.
"Christian and Matt are incredible additions to our executive team, and I look forward to the work we will do together as VeloSource continues to evolve," said Jeff Schaal, CEO of VeloSource. "Both of them bring nearly 60 years of combined experience in healthcare workforce solutions. Their skillsets, connections, track records of innovation, and hard-earned wisdom will be a boon to VeloSource, and our entire team will benefit from it."
As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at VeloSource, Hon will focus on developing new service lines and revenue streams for the company as it evolves into its new status as a full service workforce solutions provider. VeloSource, a longtime leader in the locum tenens physician staffing market, now offers clients a one-stop, full suite of quality workforce solutions, including VMS, MSP, transition management, physician float pool, and applicant tracking systems.
Hon is an accomplished senior leader in the healthcare staffing sector, most recently serving as a National Vice President of Sales for SAP Concur, managing half of the company's enterprise business in the U.S. Before then, he held leadership positions at ShiftWise, Favorite Healthcare Staffing, and Spherion (now Randstad).
"VeloSource is a rapidly growing force in the contingent healthcare staffing space, and I am truly excited to be a part of their expansion journey," said Hon. "They are expanding into a high-opportunity space with both innovation and integrity, which is a winning combination."
As President of Syncx, Jensen will be in charge of the intuitive platform technology powering VeloSource's expanded workforce solutions offerings. Syncx, which was acquired by VeloSource earlier in 2026, offers a proprietary digital platform streamlining healthcare staffing, optimizing workforce management, and accelerating the precise matching of medical professionals with healthcare facilities, providing health systems with unmatched flexibility and transparency.
Notably, Syncx has developed a differentiated physician float pool model for healthcare systems, which builds on VeloSource's reputation as a locum tenens-focused staffing solutions provider that actually encourages clients to judiciously utilize internal physician float pools, and assess where and when locums are truly needed.
Jensen brings more than 25 years of industry experience driving innovative healthcare workforce solutions to his new role as president of Syncx. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Head of Rightsourcing at Rightsourcing, Inc. a vendor-neutral managed services provider (MSP) for the healthcare and higher education industries. Prior to Rightsourcing, he held leadership positions at Healthrust Workforce Solutions and Westways Staffing Services.
"My professional philosophy has always been to listen to the client with the intent to truly understand the challenge at hand, and then deliver operational and service excellence to solve for, regardless of the size and scale of a healthcare operation," said Jensen. "I am fortunate to have found an amazing opportunity with a company that shares this belief. I look forward to working with the executive team at VeloSource and helping lead Syncx into a new era of growth and evolution, continuing to support healthcare organizations in navigating complex workforce challenges."
