Wendy Verlander, managing partner at Verlander LLP, has over 25 years of IP and IP litigation experience. She has successfully litigated and settled dozens of cases and represented some of the largest technology companies in the world. Ms. Verlander was formerly a partner at WilmerHale, one of the most successful IP practices in the country. In 2014, Ms. Verlander left WilmerHale to found the successful IP monetization company, Blackbird Technologies.
Ms. Verlander is joined by two other partners that have extensive experience in IP litigation and analysis. Jeffrey Ahdoot has significant trial experience, representing clients in complex patent litigation matters before judges and juries in federal district courts across the country, the PTAB, the ITC and the Federal Circuit. Daniel Harris, an attorney highly experienced at analyzing patents for assertion, headed the patent analysis group at Blackbird Technologies.
