The brand transformation takes place in conjunction with a company-wide brand update, featuring a new Midmark logo and brand identity.
In 2016, Midmark acquired Versus Technology to create a unique offering of clinical workflow solutions. By adding RTLS technology to the Midmark portfolio of medical equipment, diagnostic devices and design services, customers have access to a comprehensive product line of healthcare solutions.
The new branding initiatives are built on a theme of "Better care doesn't happen by chance. Better care happens by design." This new corporate chapter focuses on designing better care and creating better patient outcomes.
To maintain continuity for Versus customers, all sales, service and support contacts will remain the same and existing contracts will be honored in accordance with their terms.
