Renowned ecommerce technology executive and serial entrepreneur Garrett Eastham has joined the company as Chief Data Officer and will be responsible for innovation and product development to help retailers further leverage 3D and AR for exceptional shopping experiences. Rob Weaver, a retail and consumer technology veteran, has also joined the company as Chief Revenue Officer and will oversee Vertebrae's global sales and client services strategy to help drive the company's market penetration in retail.

Garrett Eastham has been working exclusively in ecommerce for the past ten years, where he has successfully brought new products and technologies to market that have generated millions in incremental revenue for the world's leading retail brands, including Crate and Barrel, Staples, HSN, Travelocity, Neiman Marcus, Walgreens, Pier1 Imports, and more. Before joining Vertebrae, he led the data and analytics team at Bazaarvoice where he developed a groundbreaking new tracking methodology for UGC that showed the financial impact of review content on consumer behavior. He was also the co-founder and CEO at Compare Metrics, a groundbreaking product discovery platform that was acquired by GroupBy. Garrett holds a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University where his research work in semantic search and human computer interaction (HCI) formed the theoretical basis for the Compare Metrics solution and architecture, and he has been tapped to speak publicly as an expert on these topics. He has multiple patents pending in the areas of web analytics, data mining, and recommender systems.

Rob Weaver joins Vertebrae with a successful history in establishing and leading high performing sales teams. Throughout his career, Weaver has worked with some of the largest retailers in the world on their digital marketing initiatives, including Walmart, Macy's, Chase Manhattan, Starwood, Tory Burch, and Kate Spade. Before joining Vertebrae, he served as Regional Vice President of Sales at Dosh, a fintech app, where he was responsible for bringing large retail partners onto the platform. Prior to that, he was Regional Vice President at Civitas Learning where he forged strategic partnerships that were critical in driving the company's rapid growth. Rob also spent four years at Bazaarvoice, where he worked closely with large retail clients to maximize ROI from their social commerce initiatives.
