Robinhood's former CFO and FactSet's CFO join the leading fintech as the company continues to expand access to savings
NEW YORK, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Vestwell, the infrastructure platform powering America's modern savings economy, today announced it has appointed Jason Warnick, former CFO of Robinhood, and Josh Warren, CFO of FactSet, to its board of directors. The appointments come as Vestwell scales its platform, which now serves more than 2.7 million active savers and administers over $58 billion in assets nationwide.
Jason Warnick brings decades of operational and financial experience from his time at Robinhood and Amazon. Warnick served as CFO of Robinhood for seven years, where he helped guide the company through its initial public offering and oversaw its financial strategy while navigating regulatory changes, acquisitions, and rapid growth. Prior to Robinhood, Warnick was at Amazon for nearly 20 years, where he held several leadership positions including VP of Finance and Chief of Staff to the CFO. Warnick is on the board of ŌURA, a leading health intelligence platform, and holds a B.A. from Western Washington University.

Warren has also had roles at BlackRock, Barclays Capital, Foros Group, the United States Department of the Treasury, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He holds a J.D. from the New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
