VetAdvisor Named as a 2016 Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania
Falls Church, VA (PRWEB) December 07, 2016 -- Three Wire Systems, (LLC) (Three Wire) announces that VetAdvisor®, a Three Wire subsidiary, has been named as a Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania in the Small to Medium-Sized Companies category. To be eligible for this process, companies had to be a for-profit or non-profit business, be publicly or privately held, employ at least 25 employees working in Pennsylvania and be in business for at least one year. This year’s list represents 30,256 employees of 76 small to medium sized companies and 24 large sized companies.
“We are very excited to be a part of the Best Places to Work family,” said Jennifer Roseman, executive vice president, VetAdvisor Services. “Being named to the list shows the importance Three Wire places on company culture and the value we seek in each and every one of our employees.”
Companies began the application process in late March of this year with a survey that was administered to both employees and employers at hundreds of businesses across the Commonwealth. Winners are chosen based on who receives the highest combined scores in a twofold evaluation: a review of a company’s workforce policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics (25 percent) and results of an employee survey measuring employee satisfaction (75 percent).
The numeric list of winners were announced at a celebration dinner on Thursday, December 1 at the Lancaster County Convention Center in downtown Lancaster, Penn.
