Vident Financial, LLC is proud to welcome Karen Donnelly as Director of Investment Operations to Vident Investment Advisory, LLC (VIA).
ATLANTA, Sept. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ms. Donnelly brings over twenty-five years of operational project management expertise in process improvement, workflow automation and technology change management. She specializes in implementation of application and data systems initiatives, including functional due diligence, process creation, training and vendor management. Ms. Donnelly will be responsible for the oversight of VIA operations and implementation of enhancements and controls to provide scalable support to the ETF portfolio management functions. She will also further strengthen the efficiency of VIA's trading and investment management processes and bring additional expertise to the team.

Prior to joining VIA, Ms. Donnelly was the Senior Manager of Enterprise Operations at Ronald Blue Trust, formerly Ronald Blue & Co. ("RB&Co."), one of the largest fee-only independent wealth management firms in the US. Over her 20-year career with RB&Co., Ms. Donnelly was responsible for the implementation of various operational initiatives, including migration of CRM and document management systems, managing the company-wide broker dealer transition and developing an in-house trade workflow system. Ms. Donnelly also served as VP of Operations at Boston-based Anchor/Russell Capital Advisors and various leadership roles at Fleet Bank.
Leading the company is Denise Krisko, who has over twenty years of portfolio management and trading experience, with an expertise in ETF management from more than a decade of managing ETFs. She has served in various leadership roles with Mellon Capital Management (MCM), Bank of New York (BNY), Northern Trust, Deutsche Asset Management and The Vanguard Group. She has worked with dozens of ETF sponsors and has overseen the management of more than 150 ETFs.

Ms. Donnelly holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Boston College, Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Villanova University.
