Villa Healthcare received the distinction, for the second year, based upon the results of more than 2,800 employee surveys from across all locations. Employees were asked to anonymously share their views on aspects such as pride in the organization, communication impact, belief that their work makes a difference, and feeling that their work has special meaning.
