Hilton Head Island, SC (PRWEB) July 29, 2016 -- Synergy Homes of Georgia, LLC, Synergy Homes of South Carolina LLC and Synergy Designer Homes, LLC, (collectively, Synergy) announces a Management and License Agreement with Village Park Homes, LLC. (VPH). Under the agreement, VPH will manage all aspects of Synergy operations inclusive of home construction, purchasing, sales and marketing, and accounting.

The combined operations will create one of the largest regional home building operations in the two metropolitan statistical areas of Savannah-Hinesville and the Hilton Head, Bluffton – Beaufort, areas, with sales of approximately 300 homes in 2017.
