As the highest-level professional soccer franchise in Arizona and two-time United Soccer League (USL) Western Conference Champions, Phoenix Rising FC welcomed this investment as it continues striving for excellence, both on and off the field.

Under the terms of the agreement, Baer Fisher, Partner at Vincere Capital, will join the Phoenix Rising FC Board of Directors.
The Vincere Capital investment news comes just days after Phoenix Rising FC announced plans to relocate its stadium in the City of Phoenix at the intersection of 38th St. and Washington. Rising intends to host its 2023 home opener and season at the new site beginning this Spring.
Richard Shapiro of Aspire Financial, LLC acted as financial advisor and Timothy Cwick of Brotschul Potts, LLC acted as legal advisor to Vincere Capital. Travis Leach of Dentons acted as legal advisor to Phoenix Rising FC.
This deal closed November 9, 2022.
