Vinteum Software today launched a new virtual conferencing tool within its suite of communication tools developed specifically for the needs of Board Members of community associations, HOAs, residential and condo associations, as well as property managers.

“We’ve used Vinteum for years to communicate with our residents and our Board and found it to be useful and comprehensive,” said Daniel Rosinsky, Plaza Towers South Board Member. “Adding video conferencing capabilities means we’ll have all the communication tools we need available in one location.

Vinteum Software has launched a new videoconferencing tool, created specifically for homeowner and condo associations, community boards and property managers. Not only does this technology make it easier to run board meetings and communicate with residents, but it helps bring together communities in a time when community is needed most. In fact, since February, Vinteum has seen an almost 300% increase in usage of its digital SMS tool.

Available through its robust Neighbors app, the videoconferencing service is designed to run board meetings, and includes voting, recording, screen sharing capabilities and more. It also captures and tracks attendance and has unlimited meeting storage space, so all the data, including the recordings are saved and available in one location.

“Obviously, in the past six months communities and associations have been unable to come together in person in the way they’re used to doing. But they must still continue to run a community effectively, and technology has been the catalyst for doing so,” said Jonathan Doro, Vinteum Managing Director.

“Our technology is easy to use, but has the depth our users need, especially now that it also includes a virtual conferencing tool. So even when distanced, discussions can be had, votes taken, and decisions made quickly.”

The videoconferencing service is built upon the Zoom platform, so it’s a comfortable and familiar user interface but has more robust capabilities within Vinteum that include:

  • Accommodation for 300 attendees
  • Option to create, share and save meeting materials in Vinteum, including:
  • Meeting Agendas
  • Meeting Recording
  • Meeting Minutes
  • Meeting link sent through the app
  • Survey/voting component
  • Screen sharing capabilities
  • Availability through Vinteum Neighbors iOS and Android App

“We’ve used Vinteum for years to communicate with our residents and our Board and found it to be useful and comprehensive,” said Daniel Rosinsky, Plaza Towers South Board Member. “Adding video conferencing capabilities means we’ll have all the communication tools we need available in one location. It truly shows innovation and will take our communication - especially virtual communication - to the next level.”

Vinteum is a complete communication management platform for community associations. In one platform they offer voice and text notifications, notice posting, email messaging, document storage, calendar, social tools and more. The virtual conferencing function is its latest tool. Having all the tools in one place makes it easy to access and easy to manage communications, and ultimately means increased efficiency and cost savings.

“Communication is at the heart of everything Vinteum offers, and our goal is to make it easy for our users,” said Doro. “We have a dedicated team that works directly with our users and are constantly working to provide solutions that bring communities together, so the community can focus on the important conversations that really matter.”
