HERNDON, Va., June 7, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Women's health services provider Virginia Physicians for Women recently celebrated the success of their new online reputation management program by sharing their story. In partnering with Sogolytics, leader in feedback and experience management, the VPFW team was able to boost both the number of Google reviews and overall ratings across all locations.
Virginia Physicians for Women has nearly 40 expert providers and over 150 staff members who are committed to providing each patient with the best personalized care possible. Three years ago, they were receiving excellent feedback from their patient experience surveys, but it wasn't translating into the kind of positive Google reviews they needed to build their online reputation.
Because the practice operates in six Virginia locations in Richmond, Midlothian, Short Pump, and Prince George, the VPFW team knew they needed to target strategic improvements for each site to attract and serve patients across the region.
In December 2020, VPFW began using Sogolytics for their patient surveys, taking advantage of dynamic link redirects to encourage satisfied patients to leave online reviews. In less than two years of using Sogolytics, VPFW was able to solicit hundreds of positive reviews, and succeeded at getting all six of their locations rated 4.5 stars or above on Google.
"That was our goal, to get to 4.5 stars," said Katherine Bullock, Marketing Manager at VPFW. "And some of [our locations] are way above that, so we're extremely pleased with the results."
In 2021 and 2022, VPFW was voted the Best OB/GYN in Richmond by readers of Richmond.com and Richmond Times-Dispatch, and they are thrilled that their Google reviews have grown to reflect that status.
