DF Multifamily is a division of Drucker + Falk and is one of the most trusted and established multifamily property managers in Hampton Roads. Three different DF Multifamily communities were acknowledged. Haygood Halls (Virginia Beach) received the Resident Satisfaction Award and The Choices at Holland Windsor (Virginia Beach) received Community of the Year with Average Rents from $1,401-$1,550. Perhaps the biggest and best surprise of the night was when Chesapeake Bay, a reconstructed community in Newport News, took home the award for Best Clubhouse, beating out other new construction properties.
