One of the web's leading all-remote job boards shines a spotlight on its top Employer Partners in January, February, and March 2022.
TUCSON, Ariz., April 19, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- One of the web's leading all-remote job boards is shining a light on remote-enabled employers that have continued to prioritize flexibility at work in 2022.
In its 2022 Q1 Employer Partners Report, released Monday, Virtual Vocations puts the spotlight on the newest members of its exclusive Employer Partner Program and names its top 15 Employer Partners for remote jobs throughout January, February, and March.
In total, more than 50 employers took part in the Employer Partner Program during the first quarter, working directly with the Virtual Vocations team to share a combined 224 remote job openings with motivated, qualified jobseekers searching for more flexibility at work.
"Overall, the total number of quarterly Employer Partner job postings added to our database from Q4 of 2021 to Q1 of 2022 increased by 13.13%, even amid our job posting policy update to ensure that, as of February 1, 2022, all jobs added to the Virtual Vocations job board are 100% remote and require no field travel," said Virtual Vocations Remote Employer and Business Partnerships Specialist Erin Feldman.
Virtual Vocations' new report also reveals the top states and industries for jobs from Employer Partners in the first quarter and provides insight into what employers are looking for in candidates to fill their current remote openings. Among the company's findings:
- More than 80% of job openings shared by Virtual Vocations Employer Partners were full-time remote positions, and more than 70% were permanent roles.
- Nearly 65% of job openings shared by Employer Partners in Q1 sought applicants with a bachelor's degree or some college.
- There were more openings from Employer Partners for mid-level, experienced candidates than for entry-level, senior-level, and executive-level applicants combined.
According to Virtual Vocations CEO and co-founder Laura Spawn, the data shows "employers are neither keen to train inexperienced workers nor pay top-level salaries to professionals with decades of experience under their belts."
"Right now, companies want experienced workers who not only know how to do their jobs but also would be willing to stay in their remote roles for the next five to 10 years," Spawn said.
Ranked by the number of remote jobs posted in January, February, and March 2022, the following companies were named Virtual Vocations' top 10 Employer Partners for Q1:
1. Agilent Technologies
2. Littera Education Inc.
3. StudySmarter
4. Achieve Test Prep
5. USAble Life
6. eXp Realty
7. Coalition Technologies
