Miami-based Smokey Bones Fire & Grill Corporate Chef Howard Kleinberg will be smoking and cooking with the best barbecue masters in the world this week at the 19th annual Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival. On Saturday, Chef Kleinberg will participate in the Beachside BBQ where he will be smoking his famous Brown Sugar Bacon Crusted St. Louis Ribs with Loaded BBQ Mac and Cheese.

On Saturday, Chef Kleinberg will participate in the Beachside BBQ where he will be smoking his famous Brown Sugar Bacon Crusted St. Louis Ribs with Loaded BBQ Mac and Cheese.

He joins celebrity barbecue pit masters and chefs such as Guy Fieri, Al Roker, Chris Lilly (Big Bob Gibson BBQ), Patrick Martin (Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint), Billy Durney (Hometown BBQ) John Rivers (4 River’s Smokehouse), Elliott Moss (Buxton Hall Barbecue), Sam Jones (Sam Jones BBQ).

A superstar on the smoker, Chef Howard has been included in Bon Appetit’s “Top 10 New BBQ,” competed on season four of Destination America’s “BBQ Pitmasters,” competed in Bravos’ “Top Chef,” and held his own against some of the most elite masters of barbecue.
