Visiun Announces New Advisory Board Member, Dr. Heather Signorelli
Ann Arbor, MI (PRWEB) May 10, 2017 -- Visiun is proud to announce the addition of a new member to their laboratory expert Advisory Board, Dr. Heather Signorelli. As the second member of Visiun’s Advisory Board, Dr. Signorelli will bring her expertise in quality improvement and test utilization to provide strategic advice and recommendations to Visiun’s leading laboratory analytics tool, Performance Insight™.
Dr. Signorelli is board certified in anatomic, clinical and chemical pathology. Her interests include clinical chemistry with emphasis on quality improvement and test utilization. Dr. Signorelli has worked for Unipath PC as a Clinical Pathologist in multiple healthcare systems. She has accepted a job to become the Chief Laboratory Officer for HealthOne/HCA in Denver starting in May where her primary focus will be to to lead consolidation, standardization and stewardship programs. After earning a BS in biochemistry and molecular biology from the University of California at Santa Cruz, Dr. Signorelli received her medical degree in 2010 from Touro Osteopathic Medical University, Vallejo, California. She subsequently completed her residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of Colorado Anschultz Medical Campus, Denver, Colorado, followed by a fellowship in clinical chemistry at the University of Utah/ARUP Laboratories, Salt Lake City, UT. Dr. Signorelli is also actively involved with the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
