Vista College Now Offering Vocational Nurse Program
Beaumont, TX (PRWEB) December 13, 2013 -- Vista College is proud to announce the addition of a Vocational Nurse program at its Beaumont campus. Enrollment begins immediately for classes, which will start on January 27. A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House will be held on Thursday, January 9, from 5 – 7 p.m., at the campus, 3871 Stagg Drive, Suite 194, Beaumont, 77701.
Vista College’s Vocational Nurse program will provide students with a strong working knowledge of health science, pharmacology, nursing skills, professional development, child health nursing and maternal newborn nursing. Graduates will possess training that will prepare them to take and pass the National Council Licensure Examination for Vocational/Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN), obtain their licenses and begin their careers immediately. Convenient schedules and the opportunity to learn at an accelerated pace are benefits of this program, which will take approximately one year to complete with successful full-time enrollment.
