Vistronix Hires Industry Leader, Alan Stewart, as New Chief Financial Officer
Reston, Va (PRWEB) February 09, 2015 -- Vistronix, a leading provider of intelligence and technology solutions to national security agencies in the federal space, is pleased to announce that Alan Stewart has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Responsible for providing corporate-wide financial leadership, Alan is an industry veteran with over 38 years of financial and operational experience. He was instrumental in the IPOs of several companies, including the $63 million IPO of ICF International Inc. in 2006 and an $88 million secondary offering In December 2009, as well as the $32 million IPO of Deltek Systems, Inc. in 1997. Prior to joining Vistronix, Alan served for more than four years as CFO of Oceus Networks Inc. (formerly Ericsson Federal Inc.).

Alan’s experience includes CFO positions at ICF, DataZen Corporation, Blackboard Inc. and Deltek Systems. During his nine-year tenure at ICF (2001 – 2010), the company's annual revenue grew six fold. In 2009, ICF had revenue of $674 million and more than 3,500 employees. Prior to joining ICF in 2001, he was the CFO of two venture-backed enterprises, DataZen and Blackboard, where he assisted in obtaining debt and equity financing, performed numerous acquisition reviews and helped create the infrastructure to support fast-paced environments.
Alan has also held senior finance positions at BTG, C3, the Division of Corporation Finance of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Martin Marietta Corporation and Touche Ross & Co.
He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University.
