Visual Marking Systems Appoints New Director of Quality and Efficiency

VMS announced today Chris Petrovic has joined the firm’s senior leadership team as Director of Quality and Efficiency, to further develop the company’s quality and efficiency programs. Mr. Petrovic comes with a wealth of knowledge of technical and International Standards Organization (ISO) training and experience in PPAPs & First Articles, Lean, Six-Sigma, including extensive experience within the manufacturing industry. He is a graduate of Kent State University and resides on the east side of Cleveland with his wife and four kids.
Mr. Petrovic will be working with VMS’ end customers on the final product performance and services provided by the company to improve the customer experience with VMS. He will oversee quality assurance management, including supplier and customer site-audits and the ISO9001 program at VMS. Mr. Petrovic will also manage the inspection department and the first article processes at VMS, including RMAs, technical, environmental, regulatory documentation. His experience and approach to quality systems will enhance the value that VMS provides to its customers.

Mr. Petrovic’s background comes from numerous quality roles at Pentair, a global water, fluid, thermal management and equipment protection partner; selling products to the energy, food & beverage, industrial, infrastructure and residential and commercial industries, as a Site Quality Leader and Senior Quality Engineer. Mr. Petrovic, also held numerous other positions throughout his career, including quality engineering, product management, among others within the manufacturing industry.
