Former Tangoe, ttMobiles and RPS Group executive to lead client success program as company grows and expands into new markets

Based in the United Kingdom, Crees will report to Richard Siebels, chief technology officer, and is responsible for helping clients drive adoption, usage and most notably, value from vMOX enterprise mobility products and services. He will oversee the pre- and post-sales client experience and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
Crees has over sixteen years leading global teams and multi-disciplinary collaboration, delivering first-class services in dynamic and complex SaaS environments. He is well-respected as a strong client advocate and tech savvy leader, traits crucial in today's hybrid world.

Before joining vMOX Crees built a successful business consultancy in Europe. Prior to that Crees spent 11 years at Tangoe, a leading technology expense and asset management solution provider. He held various leadership roles in operations and customer service, including most recently as director of customer success where he designed and implemented a company-wide customer success strategy and led an elite customer success team. In his early career, Crees was an implementation manager for ttMobiles, later acquired by Tangoe, and a consultant for the RPS Group, a leading global professional services firm.
In addition to his new role, Crees will also support vMOX's growing global operations, which adds capabilities and extends reach across more parts of Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
