In an effort to assist during the coronavirus pandemic, VoIP Provider Yay.com has been working with Covid-19 mutual aid groups, supplying them with their business-grade VoIP phone system at no cost, while they continue to do crucial work supporting those in need.

The high demand for aid during this time has led to understandably high call volumes for support groups. Sonia Shah of Wembley Central Mutual Aid initially supplied her personal mobile number as the group’s contact number. Incoming call volumes quickly became unmanageable. “When I needed to start delegating things to people, that’s when Yay.com came in… I’m so happy with the customer service… getting set up was so easy”.
