MILWAUKEE (PRWEB) March 20, 2019
The 17th Annual Wisconsin IT Symposium is expected to draw 200 IT leaders from 80 local companies. This one-day, executive-level event is geared toward knowledge-sharing and networking for CIO's and their direct management teams. This single day event consists of 3 keynote sessions and 12 breakout sessions allowing you to tailor the day to your needs.
Kicking the day off will be Chris McChesney. Mr. McChesney is a Wall Street Journal #1 National Best-Selling Author – The 4 Disciplines of Execution. Chris has personally led many of the most noted implementations of the 4 Disciplines, including the State of Georgia, Marriott International, Shaw Industries, Ritz Carlton, Kroger, Coca Cola, Comcast, FritoLay, Lockheed Martin and Gaylord Entertainment. This practical experience has enabled him to test and refine the principles contained in the 4 Disciplines of Execution from the boardrooms to the front line of these, and many other organizations.
Over the lunch hour will be VP & CIO Michael Smith, who has taken the American Academy of Family Physicians through an end to end transformation. This has been a massive win reaping significant benefits across the entire organization driven by a detailed IT Strategy and Technology Roadmap.
The final keynote presenter will be Fox News Contributor Scott Augenbaum. Scott is a retired supervisory special agent for the FBI. He will share why a transnational criminal enterprise and foreign intelligence services may want to target your organization’s data or intellectual property. Scott has responded to hundreds of data breaches and is here to show commonalities across almost all incidents. He will also provide participants with several takeaways to prevent their organization from becoming the next victim.
Along with the 3 keynote sessions there will be 12 peer-led breakout/panel sessions specifically addressing issues and trends Milwaukee IT leaders have told us are important to their organizations. You can view the full day's agenda here.
Please note that 100% of all registration revenue will be going to local non-profit i.c.Stars Milwaukee. If you and your team register by March 22nd you can save 50% by clicking here OR by using the promo code: "pr19" at checkout.
