Darley & Co. announced they are partnering with Homethrive, a family elder care coordinator, to offer their employees a fully-covered family caregiver service as part of the company's broader benefits package. Homethrive will be offered to all employees starting immediately. Through Homethrive, company employees will have access to Care Guides assigned to each family who provides coaching and concierge services for aging loved ones living at home, reducing employee caregiving effort and stress.
