Walker Sands, an integrated marketing agency focused on accelerating the growth of B2B brands, has promoted Claudia Beltrán, Rosita Vivanco and Thomas Schenck to vice president-level roles — appointing them to the company’s senior leadership team.

The elevations will further strengthen Walker Sands’ Corporate and Client Services teams and enable the agency to continue providing leading integrated marketing programs for its clients.

  • Claudia Beltrán to Controller: Claudia Beltrán has played a critical role in driving Walker Sands forward for over 13 years. As one of the original employees of the company, Beltrán has been instrumental in building and maintaining a strong infrastructure on which the company has been able to grow. As Controller, she will continue to oversee all day-to-day accounting operations and will work within the senior leadership team to shape the future direction of the company.
  • Rosita Vivanco to Vice President of Client Services: Since joining the company in 2018, Vivanco quickly demonstrated she was an asset to the Client Services team by showcasing her abilities in process development, training, account planning, mentorship and teambuilding. Vivanco has experience in organizational leadership and will continue to serve as senior strategic counsel, while further empowering the agency to better serve its clients in her new role as Vice President of Client Services.
  • Thomas Schenck to Vice President of Client Services: Schenck has been instrumental in managing and growing some of the agency’s largest accounts since joining the company in 2018. As a key member of the Client Services team, he has helped lead the development and implementation of departmental processes, and will continue to play an active role in large account management and agency operations as Vice President of Client Services.
