Deerfield, Illinois (PRWEB) January 21, 2015 -- Warady & Davis LLP, Chicago CPAs & Consultants, is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Straub, CPA, MSA and Jea Song, CPA as partners of the firm. Both joined the firm as college interns and have spent their entire professional careers with W&D.
“W&D offers a great career path with opportunities for advancement through Partner,” said Straub. He joined Warady & Davis LLP as a student intern while he attended Northern Illinois University.
“One of the factors that initially attracted me to W&D is that the firm provides the opportunity to do important work for high profile companies,” adds Song. He joined W&D during his years studying accountancy at University of Illinois – Chicago.
Both Straub and Song have never looked back.

Christopher Straub, CPA, MSA, Partner
Chris Straub is a Partner in Warady & Davis LLP’s Audit and Accounting practice and plays an integral role in the firm’s not-for-profit practice. He has considerable not-for-profit industry experience including knowledge of Circular OMB A-133 compliance audits and 403(B) plans. Additionally, Chris has knowledge serving clients in the real estate, manufacturing and distribution industries and investment clients. Chris' technical and business background includes audit, accounting and tax issues specific to not-for-profits and various other industries. He is a resident of Algonquin, IL where he resides with his wife Rachel and their daughter.
Jea Song, CPA, Partner
Jea is a Partner in Warady & Davis LLP’s Audit and Accounting practice. Jea has more than 14 years experience serving clients in the areas of manufacturing and distribution, real estate, construction, employee benefit plan audits and a wide range of other types of privately-held and family-owned businesses and high net worth individuals. Jea’s technical and business background includes audit, accounting, tax structuring, and general business and tax consulting. He is a resident of Morton Grove where he resides with his wife Aekyong and their children.
