Waterfield Technologies Acquires Chrysalis Software

Together Waterfield Technologies and Chrysalis Software will expand their ability to deliver first class professional services and applications by leveraging Waterfield Technologies' experience within the contact center industry and custom mobile development frameworks, in combination with Chrysalis Software's experience with the Avaya suite of products including Interactive Voice Response, Contact Center and Workforce Management platforms.
