The McDowell is a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home with just under 2,500 square feet of living space. It will be available in four different exterior styles, including the Classic, Tradition, Craftsman, Farmhouse elevations, as well as the new Contemporary elevation.
The McDowell includes a first-floor master suite, giving the master suite additional privacy from the secondary bedrooms, a spacious two-story great room, walk-in closets in each bedroom, and an office nook.

The McDowell is also the first floor plan to feature the Contemporary elevation.
The Contemporary elevation features clean lines with large, tall windows, a low pitched hip roof, brick wainscot, and new front and garage door styles.
"For the inspiration for the Contemporary Elevation, I wanted to create an exterior elevation that was different from anything we have done before," Product Designer Kaitlin Haugh said. "This elevation allows for a clean, simple look, but offers a lot of visual interest."
