Wayne Homes Renovating Sales Offices, Building New Model At Newark Model Center
UNIONTOWN, Ohio (PRWEB) April 17, 2018 -- Wayne Homes, an Ohio-based custom home builder that specializes in on-your-lot homes, has new and exciting changes coming to the Newark Model Center in Central Ohio.
The sales center is currently undergoing construction to update the sales offices to reflect current design trends and the company’s evolving brand. The sales center includes the design studio, which shows some of the countless products offered in their custom homes, including flooring, countertops, and cabinets.
“While we have seen new home construction growth across all of our locations, Central Ohio has been one of the strongest,” Maurie Jones, Senior Vice President of Marketing, said. “Due to this increase we’ve added a second construction team out of our Newark location to serve the growing Central Ohio market. We’re excited to update our ‘home’ for our teammates and our customers.”
While the offices are being renovated, the sales staff will be working with customers in the company’s new traveling recreational vehicle (RV). Previously, the RV was stationed at the company’s new Hartland Model Center in Central Michigan while the new Kinston Homestead II model was being built.
The sales center isn’t the only part of the model home center getting a facelift. The company recently tore down the Brighton Family multi-level model and will soon be replacing it with a two-story Brentwood farmhouse style model with an in-law suite.
“We are excited for a fresh new look!” Newark Sales Manager Hilary Barbuto said. “Being able to showcase another one of our beautiful homes is something that we are very proud of. Our community is noticing the exciting changes even now and the activity is breeding more positive activity. It is rewarding to see how our model centers change over the years and see how excited our customers are to get a peek at something new.”
The new model will highlight the popular farmhouse trend with vertical white siding, black Pella Proline windows, and black gable accents. Inside, farmhouse accents will continue throughout, including shiplap in the flex room and a farmhouse sink in the kitchen.
With the increasing demand for multi-generational living, the Brentwood will also feature an in-law suite.
“Whether it be grandma and grandpa moving in with the family or the college graduate needing a space before they head out into the world, our in-law suite plans will fit a variety of situations for our customers,” Jones said. “We are happy we will be able to show our customers an example of these suites at our model center.”
The model is currently being framed and the company will host a Muddy Boots event at the model Saturday, April 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Arrangements for the model’s grand opening will be announced later this summer.
