WCCT received 2 awards in the categories of overall Quality and Compatibility (Access to desired markets, cultural fit, timely project communications etc.) and was also honored with an Individual Attribute Award in the category of Data Quality. This is the 3rd year in a row that WCCT has been recognized as having exceeded customer expectations in multiple categories.
Life Science Leader developed the awards in 2012 and bases all recognition on research done by Industry Standard Research (ISR). This past year, 60 contract research organizations (CROs) were evaluated based on the last 18 months of clinical research performance. The winners are selected by their pharma clients, who rate the CROs on 20+ different performance metrics.
