On Saturday, April 30th a Lineup of Community Trailblazers Will Kickoff the Event Series at Avenida Studios in Los Angeles
LOS ANGELES, April 28, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Hola Metaverso, is an in-person and online educational event experience that creates stronger connections with individuals, teams, and Web3 (Metaverse, Blockchain, Crypto, NFTs, Defi, and DAOs) communities across the U.S. and Latin America. On April 30th, a handful of confirmed Latino experts in Web3 will be speaking about topics like building communities and how to provide Web3 education to Latinos all over the world through a series of live and online events. The event will feature informational panels, social events, a project showcase, an NFT gallery, and guest speakers.
The event's programming is designed as an accessible entry point for Latinos and other minorities to get up to speed on NFTs, cryptocurrencies, investments, and much more. Pioneered by a team of tech leaders, software engineers, artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs whose work includes companies like Amazon, Snap, Idealab and LinkedIn and believe in the power of Web3 technologies, will foster new opportunities for Latinos. While the usual tech-oriented communities continue to embrace the latest and greatest advancements in Web3 technologies, many Latinos, women, and other underrepresented minorities continue to be left behind in the evolution of these technologies. In order for these communities to be at the forefront of this movement and stay up to date with the changes in the ways we connect and do business, this series is the perfect opportunity to close the current wealth gap that exists today.

Newly confirmed speakers include: Beatriz Acevedo, CEO of Suma Wealth, and Liz Bazurto of Coinbase. "Hola Metaverso's mission is closely aligned to SUMA's vision of increasing prosperity, opportunity, and financial inclusion for young U.S. Latinos, and that includes Web3 and blockchain technology," said Beatriz Acevedo. Acevedo and Bazurto will be sharing their stories and efforts at Hola Metaverso, "I want to share my own financial experience, my community building tips, and my personal educational journey so that it might encourage others to learn more about other financial opportunities," said Liz Bazurto.
The first-ever live event led and produced by Latinos in Web3 and Blockchain is scheduled to take place on April 30th at Avenida Studios, a Latino-owned film studio in the heart of Los Angeles, with a second event date to be announced in Mexico City.
