Brooks Bell, the technology-enabled agency dedicated to helping global brands build remarkable customer experiences through conversion rate optimization and personalization, today announced the promotion of Suzi Tripp to vice president of insights. In her previous role as Senior Director of Innovative Solutions, Tripp led the development and launch of Brooks Bell’s proprietary software, Illuminate®.

Tripp joined Brooks Bell in 2011, overseeing and growing experimentation programs for Brooks Bell’s expanding roster of enterprise companies. With a passion for strategy, she led tremendous growth and innovation for Brooks Bell in defining and implementing industry-exclusive expertise in the areas of test ideation methodologies that incorporate quantitative data, qualitative data and behavioral economics principles. This led Tripp to her latest role as Senior Director of Innovative Solutions where she combined her wealth of testing knowledge and industry experience to launch Illuminate, Brooks Bell’s A/B testing program management software, which is available to the public at no cost.

Tripp earned a Bachelor of Business Management degree from North Carolina State University. She resides in the Triangle area of North Carolina with her husband and three children.
