Gregory M. Dexter, Esq., Of Counsel to Newman Ferrara LLP, announces the launch of a CARES-Act focused legal website designed to assist small businesses, lenders, non-profit organizations, and other eligible participants, with navigating the complex and dynamic legal landscape surrounding all the COVID-19 laws.

Mr. Dexter knows the CARES Act and is providing legal information and assistance.

To date, two main loan programs are available to help small businesses: the Paycheck Protection Program (“PPP”) and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (“EIDL”) Program. Each is different. A third program, the recently announced Federal Reserve Main Street Lending Program, will allow small and medium-size businesses to obtain loans of $1 million or more.

The website—which will be regularly updated with all the governing rules, regulations, and official guidance —also provides ready access to resources provided by the Small Business Administration, the Treasury, Congress, and the Federal Reserve.
