Taste, a Santa Clara restaurant featuring a full service dining room, two patios, intimate lounge and nightclub, has recently expanded their services to include renting out their space for special events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, luncheons, showers, parties and other events. At 14,000 sq. ft., this spacious venue can accommodate many types of events.
Taste Restaurant Nightclub is setting a new level in the Restaurant and Special Event industry by recreating an unrivaled and unforgettable experience for every single guest. Three of their spaces that can now be booked for special events include the Forest Patio, Red Room lounge and the nightclub-style Main Room:
• The restaurant’s Forest Patio, featuring cabaña lights and Redwood trees, provides a beautiful and intimate setting for a wedding, rehearsal dinner, birthday, luncheons, showers, parties and other events for up to 90 people.
• The Red Room lounge is prefect for socializing or hosting a cocktail-style reception. A large fire place, vintage décor and brick walls set the mood for an intimate event for up to a 100 people.
• The nightclub-style Main Room has a stylish design with a sophisticated feel. It features a full bar, photo booth, stage and state-of-the-art surround sound and lighting, and will accommodate any large social party of 500 or 150 for a seated dinner.
As the exclusive party rental provider, Stuart Rental is providing Taste with tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, glassware, lighting, drapery and any other rentals needed for each special event. They can create an event setting to accommodate various styles and tastes.
Stuart Rental has staged the event areas at Taste to demonstrate how the venue’s setting is perfect for events like an intimate wedding and reception.
“We transformed one of Taste’s outdoor areas into a gorgeous ceremony site. We installed hedges for a backdrop of lush greenery and added elegant draping curtains, a chandelier and gold Chiavari chairs to create a romantic and intimate setting,” says Trish Johnson, Senior Event Manager of The Stuart Rental Company. “We also transformed the same space into a lovely reception site, complete with long dining tables, rustic hickory chairs, linens, china and wine barrel bar.”
For Taste’s indoor nightclub space, Stuart Rental can transform it into a cocktail or reception area. The lighting can be customized to either light the room’s existing stone walls with uplights, or they can be covered with pipe and drape. The space can be filled with cocktail tables, stand up tables with linens or large dining tables that are round, square or rectangular.
Taste founder, Carlos Carmona, says he has worked with Stuart Rental for many years (at other restaurant locations), so it was a natural fit to work together as Taste launches into the promotion of special event bookings. “I have worked closely with The Stuart Rental Company for over eight years.
